You Received Your First Consumer


I see it every day on our Credit Repair Cloud Facebook community.

Someone decides to start their own credit repair business. It follows my tried and true path to reach your first customer within 24 hours. And guess what?

It works out!

The only problem is it went so quickly that they don’t know what to do next.

Today I share a general view of the process. So, if you’re in the same boat as many of our Credit Heroes when they’re just starting out, you’ll feel safe as you grow your business. Get results for your customers and change a lot of lives.

Okay, when you sign that first service contract, it can be exciting and nerve-wracking at the same time, because now everything is getting real.

You have a job to do and a life to change!

But don’t panic.

For those of you who have already participated in our great Credit Hero Challenge, you’ve learned all about the benefits of starting with free clients such as family, friends, or even complete strangers.

The whole point of this is to get practice, gain confidence, and get a number of positive reviews, some killer testimonials, and most importantly, referrals.

In the Credit Hero Challenge we walk you step by step through exactly what to do and how to do it with a proven and repeatable process.

But what about paid customers?

As soon as your first customer has registered, you have to start “onboarding”.

By this point, you may have already received your credit reports, imported them to the Credit Repair Cloud, performed the simple check, and closed the deal.

By the way, you can do all of this for a LEAD before turning it into a client.

The next step is to set up your new customer in your Credit Repair Cloud software so that you have to fill out your customer’s profile completely, set the “Customer” status, set a start date and assign the customers to yourself or a team member to activate the Portal access and select the agreement you want to use.

If this is a paid customer, you will need to set up payment methods using your preferred payment method.

Your customer receives login information and has to log in from their smartphone. Then he’ll sign your agreement and take a photo of his ID and electricity bill. Once that’s done, you’re done. You are now ready to start repairing credit!

It’s really fun here, but it can feel overwhelming at first – and that’s okay!

Start by reviewing and flagging items in the outstanding credit report. Once you do this, the full life cycle is planned.

Next, run the Dispute Resolution Wizard and select the items that you want to dispute.

Print out the letters and send them with the copy of the customer ID and the utility bill.

Now is the time to wait.

But that doesn’t mean your job is done. You want to make sure that your customer feels fully supported during those 45 days of waiting.

A great way to do this is with automated emails that you have set up in advance.

That was easy, wasn’t it?

To REALLY grow your business you need to maximize the value of each and every customer by collecting, promoting, and marketing each outcome, reviewing, giving testimony, and pointing to its full potential.

You can also use that wait to prepare for the amazing testimonials and results that you are about to get!

First, set up your free business listings on Google Places, Yelp, and TrustPilot. You will need them later so your customers can post reviews about you.

If your first customer is sending you results they are getting from the offices, especially if you have received a deletion or a score increase, make sure you post them on your personal and business Facebook page, website and blog, Instagram, LinkedIn and publish any other platform you can use to reach potential customers.

Just make sure to blur or flag any personal information.

These results that you publish will grow your business.

They are proof that you are the loan expert so brag about them! It’s exciting, you should be proud, and this will attract more customers!

Next, reach out to your customer and ask if they can give you a review and testimonial for you.

You will use these and use them all over again.

But don’t just be satisfied with a written evaluation or a testimonial, ask for a video too!

Also, ask your customers to post reviews on business listing platforms like Yelp, Google, and Trustpilot.

Then copy and republish the reviews and videos on your website, blog, Facebook, and any other platform that you can use to reach prospects.

When you get email contacts, send them a newsletter or email to show them how you’ve helped your customer.

Next, don’t be shy – ask for recommendations!

Ask your customers if they know anyone who could use your help. This is how you grow your business and quickly acquire more customers without spending a penny on advertising!

Then just follow your referrals and convert them into paying customers.

Lather, rinse, repeat!

Before you know it, you will have a profitable credit repair business and a lot of lives changing.
