“The business plan and implementation of this program changed several times in the first year due to the pandemic. This program got off to a successful start, ”said DiCapua.
Over the past year, all of Breckenridge’s programs have flourished and underwriting activities have been profitable. The real estate division also benefited from an increase in vacancies in commercial real estate, which DiCapua described as the “unfortunate impact of the pandemic”. Due to the pulsating housing market and the wide range of portfolios, the real estate investor program increased significantly. The introduction of new specialty programs, including sports rehabilitation, cryotherapy, fleet leasing, stop-loss health services, and oil and gas consulting, is further evidence of the company’s expansion.
DiCapua has been in the insurance industry for over four decades and knows what it takes to be successful in this profession.
