Non-public fairness agency companions with administration staff to accumulate SIAA


Jim Masiello will be leaving the organization. Matt Masiello, CEO of SIAA, will continue to lead the alliance along with the rest of the SIAA management team.

We now have the resources to be more determined in advancing M&A, technology and investing in other growth initiatives.”

SIAA was founded in 1983 by the Satellite Agency Network (SAN) Group and established in 1995. The company will continue to operate on its current model.

“There is no wish to interfere with our best practices,” said Matt Masiello. “We exist to help independent agents grow and prosper. The challenge is to find out what we can do better and provide accelerators to expand our core competencies. “

At the end of 2020, SIAA reached a total premium of 9.6 billion US dollars, compared to 8.9 billion US dollars in the previous year. The SIAA signed 527 new member agencies in 2020, the second highest number in the history of the Alliance.
