Mercury Insurance coverage launches small enterprise protection for California
Regional multi-risk commercial specialist Mercury Insurance announced that it is now offering small business insurance to California business owners, including those with retail stores, restaurants, professional services and medical offices.
“As the economy recovers and companies reopen, owners are more aware than ever of the need to be protected when unexpected circumstances arise,” said Elizabeth Corral-Salas, senior director and state product manager, Mercury Insurance. “With many business owners looking to rejuvenate their businesses or start new businesses, our small business insurance program has been tailored to meet the specific needs of California businesses.”

Mercury’s significant investment in technology will enable agents to quickly cite, bind, and issue a policy, the company said. The insurance also gives the flexibility to offer business owners with multiple business activities with the necessary coverage and pricing tailored to each specific business risk.
Mercury business owner guidelines are designed for small and medium-sized businesses with fewer than 50 employees and annual sales of less than $ 30 million. The policies are sold through Mercury’s local, independent California representative.
