I don’t plan on going over anytime soon; However, I am at the age at which I have to get my finances in order. I only have one child. The only real asset I have is my condo, which I still have a mortgage on. I am excited to see what will happen to my apartment in relation to my daughter after my death. My daughter has no legal obligations regarding my home. She is neither a co-owner, nor does she have a deed, the mortgage, etc. My concern is that my daughter would not have the financial means to keep my condominium until it is sold if I died.
