Guardian achieved several notable achievements in 2021, including being recognized by JD Power for the 11th consecutive year for outstanding customer service experience. The company also expanded its options for its customers with disability insurance for inactive spouses and introduced a first-of-its-kind care conversion tab in term life insurance.

“The COVID-19 pandemic and related economic uncertainty continue to present many challenges, but Guardian remains successful because of our unique long-term focus on our policyholders,” said McMahon. “We were built not only to withstand these disruptions, but also to thrive and keep our promises for generations to come.”
